Customer Experience and Event Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage and build immersive experiential marketing exhibits to showcase technology and enhance brand storytelling
• Plan and execute high-impact customer training events, including venue selection, contract negotiation, and catering
• Oversee global logistics for demo and marketing material shipments
• Develop comprehensive event briefs, project timelines, and post-event reports
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, Creative, MarCom, and Finance teams
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and invoice processing
• Maintain and optimize databases to streamline global demo requests and reporting

Requirements

• Bachelor or Masters Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in brand experience marketing or event planning
• Proficient with MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Ability to travel and manage on-site event projects
• Ability to lift heavy equipment

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with tech industry events and product demo coordination
• Experience working in a cross-functional, global environment
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
