Customer Experience and Culture Project Manager Apprentice

Responsibilities

• Develop internal customer culture through workshops, training sessions, and engaging educational content
• Structure and manage the "customer culture" onboarding journey for new employees
• Drive internal communication by creating newsletters, storytelling content, and highlighting best practices
• Identify customer journey pain points by analyzing feedback from teams and clients
• Implement "quick win" improvement actions to enhance the fluidity and clarity of customer communications
• Coordinate internal campaigns, challenges, and events to promote a customer-centric mindset

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +4/5) in Marketing, Communication, Strategy, or Customer Experience
• Proficiency in creative tools including Adobe Suite and Canva
• Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite
• English proficiency level B1/B2 for an international environment
• Strong written and oral communication skills with a creative mindset
• Ability to manage multiple projects with organization and rigor

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a professional setting through an internship or prior apprenticeship
• Strong understanding of graphic design chains and visual content creation
