Customer Experience Analyst

Responsibilities

• Design and prototype intuitive, attractive user interfaces and interactive wireframes.
• Generate proposals for micro-interactions, transitions, and motion graphics to add value to digital products.
• Translate user needs and business objectives into attractive digital solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Banking, Business) to manage and execute project initiatives.
• Develop and manage work plans for the design stage and follow up through implementation.
• Coordinate user testing and review deliverables alongside Product Owners and initiative leaders.
• Propose and implement metrics associated with design and user experience.

Requirements

• Degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Systems, Administration, or a related field.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in UX/UI, CX, usability consulting, or process reengineering.
• Proficiency in prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Axure.
• Strong knowledge of Service Design, Customer Journey, Journey Mapping, and Process Mapping.
• Familiarity with Design Thinking and Agile methodologies.
• Basic English proficiency.
• Ability to travel occasionally.
