About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for customer queries and provide exceptional service
- Maintain a safe, clean, and professional recycling centre environment
- Perform regular cleaning and maintenance of reverse vending machines and sorting equipment
- Monitor the facility for potential hazards and report concerns immediately
- Support the TOMRA brand by acting as a positive face for the Containers for Change scheme
- Perform ad-hoc duties as required by management
Requirements
- Experience in face-to-face customer service roles
- A strong passion for recycling and environmental sustainability
- A keen eye for detail and motivation to maintain a clean workspace
- A safety-conscious mindset to ensure a secure environment for all
- Ability to work a part-time schedule: Saturday, Sunday, and Monday from 9am - 2pm
