About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for customers both in-branch and over the phone
- Assist customers with day-to-day transactions, queries, and general servicing
- Answer incoming customer calls into the contact centre
- Build strong customer relationships and identify effective solutions to their needs
- Develop deep knowledge of banking services and products to better assist customers
- Identify and suggest new ways to improve the overall customer experience
Requirements
- Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service in a face-to-face or telephony environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to understand and meet customer needs
- Must have the right to work in the UK

- Salary range of £28,800.00 - £36,379.00 per annum
