About the role

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for customers both in-branch and over the phone
  • Assist customers with day-to-day transactions, queries, and general servicing
  • Answer incoming customer calls into the contact centre
  • Build strong customer relationships and identify effective solutions to their needs
  • Develop deep knowledge of banking services and products to better assist customers
  • Identify and suggest new ways to improve the overall customer experience

Requirements

  • Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service in a face-to-face or telephony environment
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to understand and meet customer needs
  • Must have the right to work in the UK

  • A genuine desire to go above and beyond for customers
  • Effective team working skills with a flexible, can-do approach
  • Ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities
