About the role

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for customers in the Southampton branch or over the phone
  • Assist with day-to-day transactions, queries, and servicing
  • Answer customer calls into the contact centre
  • Build customer relationships and find effective solutions
  • Develop knowledge of services and products to better assist customers
  • Identify new ways to improve the overall customer experience

Requirements

  • Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service in a face-to-face or telephony background
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs
  • Right to work in the UK

  • A real desire to go above-and-beyond for customers
  • Effective team working skills with a flexible, can-do approach
  • Openness to a broad range of activities outside of standard expectations
