Customer Excellence Representative

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary customer interface for external customers, distributors, and internal business partners
• Proactively manage customer communications regarding order status, product availability, and transportation issues
• Process all customer orders, including complex and export orders, from inception to completion
• Manage consignment stock, including fill-ups, inventory management, invoicing, and reconciliation
• Handle customer complaints and returns according to established management processes and policies
• Monitor open orders to ensure timely delivery and perform quality control checks
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of assigned customer portfolios and business models

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or at least 3 years of relevant work experience
• 1-3 years of relevant professional work experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proven problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills
• High level of accuracy and a strong focus on customer satisfaction

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing consignment orders
• Proficiency with SAP
