About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for customers visiting the wholesale market
- Manage customer service tasks including creating new shopping authorizations, processing credits, and updating customer data
- Handle customer complaints and inquiries with empathy and professionalism
- Support colleagues with checkout and cash handling processes when required
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in retail or wholesale (e.g., Großhandelskaufmann or Einzelhandelskauffrau)
- Previous experience in a comparable position is ideal
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong customer orientation and a friendly, helpful demeanor
- Availability to work in a two-shift system
