Customer Entrance Employee

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for customers visiting the wholesale market
• Manage customer service tasks including creating new shopping authorizations, processing credits, and updating customer data
• Handle customer complaints and inquiries with empathy and professionalism
• Support colleagues with checkout and cash handling processes when required

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in retail or wholesale (e.g., Großhandelskaufmann or Einzelhandelskauffrau)
• Previous experience in a comparable position is ideal
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Strong customer orientation and a friendly, helpful demeanor
• Availability to work in a two-shift system
