Customer Engineering Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage Design and Manufacturing Engineering activities specifically linked to customer projects
• Build customer intimacy by overseeing projects and ensuring all Quality, Cost, and Timing (QCT) targets are met within stipulated timelines
• Provide critical input, including hours budget and quotes, during the AVP phases
• Achieve quality, cost, and timing targets for all OPTIMAP deliverables and developed equipment within your perimeter
• Provide technical and managerial support to the engineering team and resolve complex issues as required
• Guarantee and report on convergence towards budget, timing, and quality levels for Product Design & Manufacturing
• Drive the resolution of Engineering Deep Red Points to meet division objectives
• Monitor and meet project KPIs, including D&D hours, DRP, DR, QUAD, CTQ, RFT, CT, and Wt. Scrap
• Continuously improve and deploy industry standards and quality procedures such as KEOPS, Optimap, and PLMONE

Requirements

• Minimum of 20-25 years of professional experience in engineering management
• Proven expertise in managing both Design and Manufacturing Engineering
• Strong experience in budget management and quote provision
• Deep understanding of KPI management (including D&D, DRP, DR, QUAD, CTQ, RFT, CT, and Wt. Scrap)
• Proficiency in standard deployment tools such as KEOPS, Optimap, and PLMONE
