Customer Engineer

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, managing the complete product lifecycle from design through end-of-life.
• Champion customer needs by collaborating with sales, operations, engineering, and quality teams.
• Coordinate with yield and engineering teams to resolve product-related parametric and yield issues.
• Manage the MPW process from initial tape-out through dice delivery.
• Partner with Operations and Industrial Engineering to determine capacity restraints and provide feedback to customers.
• Lead customer quarterly business reviews, including preparing the business portion and driving action items.
• Ensure seamless customer tape-in flows from CAD and photo mask through wafer start and delivery.
• Maintain and improve customer satisfaction through periodic performance metrics and feedback loops.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or science fields.
• 5+ years of experience in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
• 2+ years of successful customer account management experience.
• Basic knowledge of semiconductor process flows, including mask layers, Mask Cad, and Probe processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in process integration or product engineering.
• Working knowledge of SAP, PROMIS, or data collection and analysis systems.
• Knowledge of quality systems standards (9001, 14001, TS16949) and industry standards (JEDEC).
• MBA degree.
• Proven capabilities in project management and people management.
