Customer Engineer

Responsibilities

• Provide technical consultation regarding foundry process technologies, including PDK and Design Rules, and semiconductor device characteristics.
• Resolve technical issues through troubleshooting, coordinating between customers and internal departments to address yield degradation or quality defects.
• Manage project schedules throughout the entire lifecycle, from tape-out to mass production (MP).
• Lead technical meetings and manage action items to maintain strong partnerships with clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related technical field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in semiconductor device development, Process Integration (PI), process engineering, or quality control.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor product development processes and PI processes.
• Proficiency in 8D reporting, yield analysis, and failure analysis (FA) processes.
• Ability to coordinate technical specifications, PCNs, and defect issues between global customers and internal teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in English or Chinese for business communication.
• Hands-on practical experience in semiconductor product development, mass production, or Process Integration (PI).
