About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform installation, certification, implementation, and maintenance of financial equipment and ATMs at client sites
- Conduct incident analysis and technical resolution to ensure equipment functionality and customer satisfaction
- Provide comprehensive hardware and software support, including OS loading and troubleshooting
- Manage the full lifecycle of customer service calls, from initial assignment to incident resolution, while meeting established metrics
- Create and report activity reports using company management tools
- Maintain custody and inventory of assigned assets, including spare parts, software, and documentation
- Represent the NCR ATLEOS brand through professional dialogue and high-quality service
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in incident resolution and analysis for financial equipment
- Proven experience in electronics for troubleshooting using tools such as soldering irons and multimeters
- Hands-on experience with hardware and software repair for ATMs and microcomputing equipment
- Proficiency in Windows operating systems and software troubleshooting
- Availability to work rotating shifts, on-call duties, and night shifts as required by client schedules
- Full mobility and availability to travel across the national territory
Preferred Qualifications
- Training or certification in Occupational Risk Prevention and working at heights
- Experience supporting networking systems and financial hardware
- Familiarity with operational metrics such as SLA, Productivity, Retrips, and Revisits
- Previous experience in operational processes within technology or technical service companies
