Customer Engineer

Responsibilities

• Diagnose faults and perform repair or replacement of ATM modules on-site
• Install, maintain, and repair equipment within an assigned territory or region
• Take ownership of customer issues and incidents to ensure satisfaction and SLA compliance
• Adhere to all Health & Safety policies while performing field work
• Manage physical requirements including travel and lifting toolkits or parts

Requirements

• Valid Full UK manual driving license
• Strong local geographical knowledge
• Experience in break/fix, IT, or computer/mechanical repair
• Basic computer hardware and software knowledge, including Windows operating systems
• High level of mechanical and electrical aptitude
• Excellent interpersonal and customer-facing relationship skills
• Ability to work independently and solve problems under pressure

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience with NCR/Wincor ATMs
• Previous field-based engineering experience
• Possession of PIA licences
