Customer Engineer

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain ATM hardware and related devices
• Diagnose technical problems and provide multi-vendor maintenance
• Manage day-to-day customer relationships and provide status updates
• Own customer issues from initial report through to resolution according to SLA agreements
• Process stock movements and callout details via mobile application
• Travel within South Africa to perform onsite servicing, installations, and repairs
• Participate in a standby roster for weekends, public holidays, or weekend shifts as required

Requirements

• Grade 12 or NQF 4 Equivalent
• National Diploma in Electrical Engineering
• 3-5 years of technical experience in the ATM or a related field
• Valid South African Driving License (Code B/8)
• Proficient in English and computer literate

Preferred Qualifications

• Comptia A+ Certification
