Responsibilities

  • Lead in-person implementation of GROW high-impact tutoring programs, including logistics and student onboarding
  • Facilitate in-person or virtual enablement training for teachers and administrators
  • Nurture relationships with district administrators and teachers through quality support
  • Support grassroots expansion of high-impact tutoring and district-wide engagement

Requirements

  • Must reside in Visalia, CA or the greater Visalia region
  • Experience leading in-person program implementation and logistics coordination
  • Proven ability to facilitate training sessions for educators or adults
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in education
  • Working knowledge of the K-12 education industry
  • Possession of a laptop and phone for work purposes
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for approximately 70% travel

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working within a K-12 school district
  • Experience leading professional development within a district
