Responsibilities
- Drive impact by focusing on customer experience through answering support tickets and providing user guidance
- Act as the first touchpoint for users encountering product difficulties
- Become a product expert to drive adoption and satisfaction
- Interact with Product and Engineering teams to identify areas for improvement
- Build best practice guides, playbooks, and product documentation
- Partner with the executive team to build and scale processes using Zendesk and Salesforce
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience
- At least 4 years in a direct customer-facing role (support, customer success, or account management)
- B2B SaaS experience in a fast-paced environment
- BA or BS degree
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and collaborate with technical stakeholders
- Availability for occasional travel to visit customers
