Customer Engagement Representative

Responsibilities

• Elevate customer experience by delivering exceptional value and support
• Serve as the primary contact for customers and internal sales teams
• Proactively identify customer challenges and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions
• Attend customer visits to provide on-site support and troubleshoot issues
• Manage customer requests including first contact resolution and technical inquiries
• Provide actionable insights to streamline internal processes

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service or customer-facing roles preferred
• Exceptional interpersonal, empathy, and active listening skills
• Proven ability to handle professional phone communications
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Suite
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to travel 20-30% to customer sites and international locations
