Customer Engagement Representative

Responsibilities

• Elevate the customer experience by acting as a proactive partner to customers and internal sales teams
• Drive engagement through everyday interactions, customer meetings, and strategic discussions
• Identify customer challenges and collaborate with cross-functional teams like Engineering and Planning to implement solutions
• Conduct on-site customer visits to provide support, troubleshoot issues, and strengthen partnerships
• Manage core customer requests, including technical inquiries, first contact resolution, and opportunity follow-up
• Provide actionable insights to streamline internal processes and improve customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Must be a US Person as defined by ITAR regulations
• 5 years of experience in customer service or customer-facing roles preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong interpersonal skills, including empathy, active listening, and adaptability
• Willingness to travel approximately 20-30% to customer sites and other SKF locations
