About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation of customer-centric engagement strategies to enhance satisfaction and loyalty within the vaccines sector.
  • Develop detailed customer personas and map comprehensive customer journeys to identify key engagement touchpoints.
  • Design and execute strategic omni-channel engagement plans, ensuring personalized content and consistent messaging across all platforms.
  • Conduct channel assessments and develop detailed call plans to optimize go-to-market effectiveness.
  • Drive launch excellence by collaborating with MCO Brand Managers to develop local integrated launch roadmaps and governance.
  • Utilize data, AI, and digital tools to analyze customer insights and optimize the end-to-end customer experience.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with salesforce, medical, and regulatory teams using Agile methodologies.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in brand management.
  • Proven experience in customer engagement or relationship management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or vaccine industry.
  • Demonstrated track record in leading digital transformation projects involving AI and data analytics.
  • Experience managing projects using Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Lean Start-up).
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fluency in English with strong communication skills.
  • Deep understanding of the pharmaceutical regulatory environment and HCP customer journeys.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of innovative methodologies such as Design Thinking and Nudge theory.
  • Proficiency with digital engagement tools and AI applications for customer insights.
