About the role
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end resolution of complex customer data questions and issues
- Prepare and deliver Quarterly Business Reviews for corporate and enterprise accounts
- Deliver regular customer satisfaction evaluations and ensure high satisfaction scores
- Enhance data processing and efficiencies through continuous improvement analysis
- Manage communication of timelines, change requests, and status reports for customer projects
- Proactively identify and lead responses to customer churn risks
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, developers, and QA teams to manage analytics delivery
- Lead training, documentation, and coaching for junior team members
Requirements
- 4+ years in customer engagement, customer success, or account management
- 3+ years of analytics experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
- Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships and resolve escalations
- Experience with data-driven reasoning and influencing outcomes
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working for a SaaS provider
- Knowledge of support models
