About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage a book of high-value Meal Program accounts with full accountability for retention and GMV protection
  • Serve as the primary strategic partner for accounts after AE handoff, building trusted relationships with admins and key stakeholders
  • Conduct regular business reviews, both in-person and virtually, to align on goals and surface delivered value
  • Escalate service, delivery, or accuracy issues to cross-functional partners to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate account records in Salesforce, including stakeholder maps, account health, and risk factors
  • Help refine playbooks and models for retaining valuable Meal Program customers
  • Advocate for product and service improvements based on direct customer feedback
  • Utilize AI tools to prioritize accounts, personalize outreach, and surface next best actions

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in consultative sales, account management, or strategic customer relationships
  • Experience working in a B2B, SaaS, marketplace, or service-driven environment
  • Proven track record of managing a book of business with accountability for retention
  • Proficiency with Salesforce for managing account activity and maintaining hygiene
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence stakeholders from admins to executives
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, support, operations, and product teams
  • Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time
