About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of commercial engagement plans with key nephrology stakeholders to inform brand strategy and messaging.
- Identify and monitor market trends and treatment patterns to maximize commercial efforts.
- Build and manage relationships with healthcare providers (HCPs) for speaker bureaus, advisory boards, and congresses.
- Partner with HCPs on commercial speaker bureau activities, including training and evaluating speakers.
- Lead regional insights meetings and nominate members for strategic advisory boards.
- Plan and execute national and regional conferences to facilitate strategic HCP engagements.
- Synthesize customer feedback to support commercial projects and deliver actionable insights to headquarters.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Medical Affairs, and Market Access teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 8 years of experience in healthcare or biopharmaceuticals.
- Direct experience in Nephrology.
- Previous experience as a Thought Leader Liaison or Regional Marketing Lead.
- Experience with rare disease or specialty product launches.
- Valid driver's license in good standing.
- Ability to travel 60-80% domestically.

- Clinical, technical, and scientific aptitude in complex disease states.
- Proven ability to execute strategic plans under short timelines.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
