About the role
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain detailed customer profiles, capturing client preferences, needs, and interaction history
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features, content, and functionality of company portals
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client queries and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular engagement and proactive support
- Monitor product usage, identify opportunities to increase utilization, and enhance client value
- Address client feedback effectively to improve satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in any discipline or a relevant professional qualification
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong time management and multitasking skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Open to freshers; internship experience is an added advantage
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience or a strong interest in customer relationship management (CRM)
- Ability to build and maintain positive client relationships
