About the role

Responsibilities

  • Engage and educate new and existing members on surgery offerings and benefits
  • Coordinate appointments and travel for members, including venue selection
  • Assist with provider selection
  • Follow up, resolve, and document issues with inquiries
  • Handle highly sensitive information while maintaining PHI compliance

Requirements

  • High school diploma required
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service, service center, or sales enablement
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to organize work activities to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, social services, or public health
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English
