About the role
Responsibilities
- Engage and educate new and existing members on surgery offerings and benefits
- Coordinate appointments and travel for members, including venue selection
- Assist with provider selection
- Follow up, resolve, and document issues with inquiries
- Handle highly sensitive information while maintaining PHI compliance
Requirements
- High school diploma required
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, service center, or sales enablement
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to organize work activities to meet deadlines
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, social services, or public health
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
