About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the strategy and frontend experience of the RSA Community to drive customer engagement
- Design community structure, navigation, and content surfacing for optimal user experience
- Lead digital enablement innovation, including community-led and AI-powered initiatives
- Own reporting and analytics for community and customer enablement performance using GA4 or BI tools
- Translate behavioral insights into actionable improvements for engagement and adoption
- Partner with Education Services to connect the community with training programs and LMS content
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Support to embed enablement into the end-to-end customer journey
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in customer community, enablement, education, or digital learning within a SaaS or technology environment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting customer behavior via Google Analytics, Salesforce, or BI tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders and collaborate across cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with community platforms or knowledge management systems like Salesforce Experience Cloud
- Experience embedding enablement into Customer Success or Support customer journeys
- Exposure to AI-driven enablement tools such as chatbots or learning automation
- Experience in customer journey mapping and lifecycle design
