About the role

About the Company

Bobyard automates construction takeoff with AI. We use CV + NLP to read drawings like an expert estimator, but 10x faster with fewer mistakes. We're turning the most painful part of pre-construction into software.

Responsibilities

  • Own Intercom, respond to customer questions, and troubleshoot issues
  • Build the Knowledge Center and LMS using Looms, guides, and articles
  • Scale support using automations, templates, and AI
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to log bugs and document feedback
  • Support Sales and CS with product demos and feature deep dives
  • Write changelogs and publish feature announcements
  • Develop deep expertise in the platform and user workflows

Requirements

  • 2+ years in a customer-facing role (Support, Enablement, or Success preferred)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Intercom or similar chat tools
  • Experience with documentation, LMS tools, or Loom
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment

Benefits
