Customer Enablement Manager

Responsibilities

• Request, verify, and manage end-customer documentation to ensure all requirements are met before contract closing.
• Actively guide end-customers and installation partners through the sales process, focusing on platform usage and complete document submission.
• Proactively clarify open questions and support customers with the submission of necessary paperwork.
• Coordinate with internal teams, particularly Finance, to meet regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Develop templates, playbooks, and checklists to measurably accelerate the closing process.
• Identify process patterns, suggest improvements, and actively implement them.

Requirements

• Experience in a customer-facing role, such as Sales, Operations, or Customer Support.
• A structured and independent working style with the ability to manage multiple parallel processes.
• Fluent communication skills in German (Austrian background preferred) and English.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, Google Workspace, and e-signature solutions.
• Residency in Berlin or Vienna, as we are an office-first company.
