About the role
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough onboarding sessions with new and existing customers
- Develop and deliver engaging training sessions, both in-person and remotely
- Proactively seek feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to advocate for client needs
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in customer training
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing role (customer success, training, or teaching)
- Willingness to travel as needed for in-person training sessions
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Technical proficiency and ability to learn products quickly
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to work in person with the team 4-5 days per week

- Experience creating educational content such as videos, tutorials, and documentation
