About the role

Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients according to instructions
  • Receive and filter emergency requests via various channels (calls, web quotes, inbox)
  • Transfer communications to appropriate agencies and services
  • Identify third parties, create requests, and determine urgency levels
  • Schedule interventions
  • Manage various interfaces and client relationship techniques
  • Ensure relevant and adequate responses to client needs

Requirements

  • High school diploma (BAC) recommended
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of technical industry vocabulary
  • Proficiency in IT tools
  • Ability to work autonomously and handle unforeseen situations
  • Ability to synthesize messages
  • Rigorous, organized, and good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
