About the role
Responsibilities
- Welcome clients according to instructions
- Receive and filter emergency requests via various channels (calls, web quotes, inbox)
- Transfer communications to appropriate agencies and services
- Identify third parties, create requests, and determine urgency levels
- Schedule interventions
- Manage various interfaces and client relationship techniques
- Ensure relevant and adequate responses to client needs
Requirements
- High school diploma (BAC) recommended
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Knowledge of technical industry vocabulary
- Proficiency in IT tools
- Ability to work autonomously and handle unforeseen situations
- Ability to synthesize messages
- Rigorous, organized, and good interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
