Responsibilities

• Lead the identification and acquisition of high-value maritime accounts to scale a new sub-business unit
• Drive revenue growth by owning the full sales lifecycle and executing complex contract negotiations
• Cultivate strategic relationships with senior stakeholders across the Navy, MOD, NATO/AUKUS, and maritime industry
• Develop innovative AI and data-driven propositions to solve maritime operational challenges
• Oversee the delivery of sophisticated technology projects and ensure client satisfaction
• Mentor and coach a growing team of commercial and delivery professionals
• Collaborate with technical experts to translate maritime requirements into scalable AI solutions

Requirements

• Deep domain expertise in the maritime sector (e.g., Navy or related environments)
• Proven track record in commercial technology roles and managing complex deal processes
• Experience meeting ambitious revenue targets in professional services or high-growth tech
• Ability to navigate defence sector procurement processes
• Entrepreneurial mindset with experience building projects from the ground up
• Strong communication skills for building trust with senior stakeholders
• Eligibility for United Kingdom Security Vetting's DV (Developed Vetting) clearance
