About the role

Responsibilities

  • Take orders by calling customers via telephone
  • Share action products and product offers with customers
  • Analyze customer shipment frequency and maintain regular communication to increase frequency
  • Keep target customer information up to date in the system
  • Follow up customer feedback and coordinate with Field Customer Managers
  • Monitor receivables and inform customers and Field Customer Managers to ensure timely collection
  • Participate in monthly closing meetings to evaluate results and target achievements

Requirements

  • University degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in telesales and customer management
  • Analytical, proactive, and result-oriented mindset
  • High commercial awareness and desire to achieve sales targets
  • Proficient in MS Office programs
  • High persuasion skills over the phone
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, target-oriented environment
  • Resident of or able to reside on the Anatolian side of Istanbul
