About the role
Responsibilities
- Take orders by calling customers via telephone
- Share action products and product offers with customers
- Analyze customer shipment frequency and maintain regular communication to increase frequency
- Keep target customer information up to date in the system
- Follow up customer feedback and coordinate with Field Customer Managers
- Monitor receivables and inform customers and Field Customer Managers to ensure timely collection
- Participate in monthly closing meetings to evaluate results and target achievements
Requirements
- University degree preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in telesales and customer management
- Analytical, proactive, and result-oriented mindset
- High commercial awareness and desire to achieve sales targets
- Proficient in MS Office programs
- High persuasion skills over the phone
- Ability to work in a dynamic, target-oriented environment
- Resident of or able to reside on the Anatolian side of Istanbul
