About the role

Responsibilities

  • Solve customer problems through consultation, relationship building, and understanding specific customer needs
  • Take responsibility for sales and gross margin performance within your assigned territory
  • Develop new business through proactive business development and account management
  • Achieve established sales budgets and KPIs
  • Attend and participate in sales meetings, trade shows, and training sessions
  • Foster and drive a culture of safety, ensuring safe driving behaviours and workplace practices

Requirements

  • Proven track record in account management or business development
  • Experience in sales or customer management (automotive industry experience is preferred)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to thrive in a KPI-driven environment
  • Experience using CRM systems
  • Valid Australian driver's licence
  • A genuine passion for the automotive industry
  • Physical ability to perform tasks involving lifting, bending, and climbing
