About the role
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage enterprise customers through outbound activities, campaigns, and strategic events
- Build qualified pipeline across Lenovo's Devices, Infrastructure, and Services portfolio
- Conduct customer discovery conversations to uncover business challenges
- Qualify opportunities using BANT and solution-fit methodologies
- Schedule qualified meetings between customers and Sales teams
- Maintain CRM hygiene within Microsoft Dynamics
- Partner with Local Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to maximize campaign effectiveness
- Monitor pipeline progression and provide recommendations to improve conversion rates
Requirements
- Native or fluent French
- Fluent English
- 3+ years in Business Development, Customer Engagement, Demand Generation, or Inside Sales
- Experience with outbound prospecting and customer conversations
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Proactive and customer-focused mindset
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or similar CRM platforms
- Experience within the IT industry
- Knowledge of enterprise technology or managed services
- Interest in AI and enterprise solutions
