Customer Demand Specialist

Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and nurture enterprise prospects across Europe & META through outbound outreach and digital campaigns
• Generate qualified sales pipeline for Solutions & Services portfolio including Managed Services and Consulting Services
• Qualify customer opportunities using structured discovery methodologies such as BANT
• Schedule high-quality meetings between customers and Sales teams
• Maintain CRM discipline within Microsoft Dynamics
• Collaborate with Local and EHQ Marketing teams to maximize campaign effectiveness
• Support pre-event targeting and post-event lead qualification
• Build trusted working relationships across different business segments
• Monitor pipeline progression and recommend improvements to qualification processes

Requirements

• Native or fluent German
• Fluent English
• 3+ years of experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, Customer Engagement, or Demand Generation
• Experience using CRM platforms (Microsoft Dynamics preferred)
• Comfortable with outbound prospecting and phone conversations
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills
• Bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within the IT industry
• Knowledge of enterprise technology or managed services
• Experience supporting event follow-up or marketing campaigns
• Familiarity with AI-enabled productivity or CRM tools
