About the role
Responsibilities
- Formulate strategies for performance metrics, escalation, change management, and customer communication.
- Own expense and cost targets for service delivery, including the implementation of expense controls.
- Manage high-risk projects and lead cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions.
- Oversee timely SLA delivery and manage vendor negotiations.
- Identify revenue opportunities and contribute to account and strategic plans.
- Drive cross-organization optimization efforts and lead knowledge management strategies.
- Participate in presales and change order negotiations regarding delivery capability and cost.
- Build productive internal and external working relationships and provide mentoring to junior employees.
Requirements
- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 7-10 years of professional work experience.
- Proven experience in ITIL/ITSM, business, or customer support.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing complex, high-risk projects within an IT service environment.
- Strong digital fluency and ability to navigate complex data analysis.
