Customer Deductions Analyst

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for non-trade deductions, including reviewing validity and disputing invalid claims.
• Manage non-trade deduction workflows through the Trade Management System to identify root causes and process improvements.
• Analyze monthly non-trade data to identify customer trends and streamline departmental operations.
• Monitor outstanding customer repayments and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.
• Manage customer portals to obtain necessary documentation and log dispute tickets.
• Assist in overseeing the non-trade deduction system and documenting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Business, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, or Business Analytics.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in an analytical, customer service, or business support role.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience working within an ERP system.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data insights for internal teams and external customers.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Trade Management Software.
