Responsibilities

• Play a leading role in the execution of Customer Data Operations, including matching risks and controls, index build, and index management
• Contribute to the consistent application of Data Technical Standards to core risk and control content
• Support the ongoing development of business rules that form the basis for CUBE’s index assets
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams to facilitate automation and faster data processing
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members to support their professional development
• Act as a subject matter expert in data processing exercises, particularly matching and index building

Requirements

• Extensive experience in a financial services risk and control frontline role (e.g., Business Risk & Control Officer)
• Deep understanding of NFRM core processes such as RCSA and incident management
• Experience with internal/external audit or regulatory scrutiny (e.g., SMCR)
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, MS/Azure Foundry, or data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
• Extensive MS Office skills, particularly Excel
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced Regtech environment

• Knowledge of specific client risks such as market manipulation or unauthorized trading
