Responsibilities
- Nurture a high-performing team through regular 1:1s, coaching, and timely feedback
- Ensure travel inquiries and reservations are handled with luxury service standards
- Manage escalations with grace and provide thoughtful resolutions
- Identify opportunities for continual operational improvement
- Act as Duty Leader during weekends, holidays, and senior management absences
- Maintain compliance with Health and Safety policies
- Foster an inclusive and collaborative workplace culture
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree, Hospitality major preferred
- Five years of experience in hospitality, hotel operations, or customer service
- One year of experience in a supervisory capacity
- Understanding of the luxury hotel environment
- Excellent operations, communications, and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task under pressure in a fast-paced environment
