Customer Consultant

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers in our Dundee branch
• Welcome customers and assist them in using digital banking services
• Educate customers on the benefits of digital tools and new technologies
• Resolve banking queries and engage in meaningful conversations to understand customer needs
• Propose appropriate products and services from our broad range to meet individual requirements
• Collaborate with colleagues across branches and the Digital Experience Centre to ensure customers receive expert advice

Requirements

• Proven experience working in a customer service environment
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
• Natural curiosity and a problem-solving mindset to offer the best solutions
• A keen interest in digital technology and a desire to stay up to date with new tools
• A flexible and positive approach to meeting both customer needs and business demands
• Drive and enthusiasm to achieve team goals with pace
