Customer Consultant

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers in the Elgin branch, providing exceptional service for everyday banking needs
• Welcome customers and assist them in using digital services, educating them on the benefits of digital banking
• Resolve customer queries and engage in meaningful conversations to understand their unique financial needs
• Propose appropriate solutions from a broad range of products and services to meet individual customer requirements
• Collaborate with colleagues across branches and the Digital Experience Centre to ensure customers receive expert advice when needed

Requirements

• Proven experience working in a customer service environment
• Strong communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
• A keen interest in digital technologies and a desire to stay updated with new tools
• Natural curiosity and problem-solving skills to offer the best solutions for customers
• A flexible, positive approach to meeting both customer needs and business demands
• Drive and enthusiasm to achieve team goals with pace
