About the role
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers to the branch and serve as the first point of contact
- Assist customers with using digital banking services and educate them on their benefits
- Resolve banking queries and engage in conversations to understand individual customer needs
- Propose appropriate products and services from a broad range of solutions
- Collaborate with colleagues across branches and the Digital Experience Centre to ensure customers receive expert advice
Requirements
- Experience working in a customer service environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
- Digital literacy and a keen interest in new technologies
- Natural curiosity and problem-solving skills to offer the best customer solutions
- A flexible, positive approach and the drive to achieve team goals
