About the role

Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers into the branch and provide friendly, trusted assistance with their banking needs
  • Handle a variety of transactions and queries accurately while maintaining security and fairness
  • Guide customers through digital banking tools and services to make managing money easier
  • Recommend banking products and services that are appropriate for individual customer needs
  • Work collaboratively within a busy branch team to deliver excellent service during peak times
  • Follow internal processes and escalate concerns to protect customers and their finances

Requirements

  • A strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Excellent people skills with the ability to show empathy and patience
  • Ability to communicate clearly and naturally, both in person and over the phone
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift
  • Digitally savvy and confident using technology to assist customers
  • A positive mindset and the ability to stay calm under pressure
