About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for Virgin Money customers in the Leeds Crossgates branch
- Welcome customers and provide exceptional service for everyday banking needs
- Help customers navigate and use digital banking services, educating them on the benefits of digital tools
- Resolve customer queries and engage in meaningful conversations to understand their financial needs
- Propose appropriate products and services from our range to provide the best solutions for individuals
- Collaborate with colleagues across branches and the Digital Experience Centre to ensure customers receive expert advice
Requirements
- Proven experience working in a customer service environment
- Strong communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
- A keen interest in digital technologies and a desire to stay up to date with new tools
- Natural curiosity and problem-solving skills to offer the best solutions to customers
- A flexible, positive approach to meeting both customer needs and business demands
- Drive and enthusiasm to achieve team goals with pace
