Customer Consultant

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for Virgin Money customers in the Leeds Crossgates branch
• Welcome customers and provide exceptional service for everyday banking needs
• Help customers navigate and use digital banking services, educating them on the benefits of digital tools
• Resolve customer queries and engage in meaningful conversations to understand their financial needs
• Propose appropriate products and services from our range to provide the best solutions for individuals
• Collaborate with colleagues across branches and the Digital Experience Centre to ensure customers receive expert advice

Requirements

• Proven experience working in a customer service environment
• Strong communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
• A keen interest in digital technologies and a desire to stay up to date with new tools
• Natural curiosity and problem-solving skills to offer the best solutions to customers
• A flexible, positive approach to meeting both customer needs and business demands
• Drive and enthusiasm to achieve team goals with pace
