Customer Consultant

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for Virgin Money customers in the Inverurie branch
• Welcome customers and provide exceptional service for everyday banking needs
• Help customers use and understand the benefits of digital banking services
• Resolve banking queries and engage in conversations to understand individual customer needs
• Propose appropriate products and services to provide the best solutions for each customer
• Collaborate with colleagues across branches and the Digital Experience Centre to ensure customers receive expert advice when needed

Requirements

• Experience working in a customer service environment
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
• A keen interest in digital technologies and a desire to stay up to date with new tools
• Natural curiosity and a problem-solving mindset to offer the best customer solutions
• A flexible and positive approach to meeting both customer needs and business demands
• Drive and enthusiasm to achieve team goals
