About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers in the Leeds branch
- Welcome customers and assist them with using digital banking services
- Resolve banking queries and educate customers on the benefits of digital tools
- Conduct conversations to understand customer needs and propose suitable products and services
- Collaborate with colleagues across branches and the Digital Experience Centre to ensure customers receive expert advice
Requirements
- Experience working in a customer service environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
- A keen interest in digital technologies and new ways of banking
- A flexible and positive approach to meeting customer needs and business demands
- Drive and enthusiasm to achieve team goals
