About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the Customer Collaboration agenda with key accounts using data and analytics platforms.
- Plan and chair monthly customer meetings to align demand, promotions, and events.
- Analyze and improve forecast accuracy through collaborative planning and replenishment.
- Drive On-Shelf Availability (OSA) by identifying drivers of low availability and implementing solutions.
- Manage long-term forecasts and share strategic knowledge with retailers to optimize order management.
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Supply Planning teams to optimize portfolio and seasonality planning.
- Analyze the impact of promotional activities and new product introductions on product demand.
Requirements
- Proven experience working within a Customer Collaboration function.
- Strong supply chain experience within an FMCG environment.
- Expertise in statistical forecasting and demand planning.
- Highly analytical skills with the ability to transform complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to travel approximately 20-30%.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused, detail-oriented approach.
