About the role
Responsibilities
- Support demanding B2B clients with complex, urgent, or sensitive business travel requests including rail, air, hotel, and car rentals
- Ensure premium service quality by maintaining high levels of reactivity, reliability, and precision
- Manage administrative and back-office tasks such as file tracking, complaint management, and provider coordination
- Document all interactions with rigor to ensure traceability and reliable execution
- Identify friction points and propose concrete improvements to enhance the customer experience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as CX Performance, to strengthen service standards
Requirements
- Proven experience in premium customer service or high-end hospitality
- Strong knowledge of the tourism and business travel sectors
- Proficiency in Amadeus
- Ability to manage complex or urgent situations with efficiency and attention to detail
- Excellent prioritization and anticipation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
