Responsibilities

  • Interact daily with users in France and support international markets including the UK, Spain, Switzerland, Netherlands, and Belgium.
  • Respond to all user requests to help them prepare their Staycation experiences.
  • Collaborate with partner hotels and internal sales teams to deliver exceptional service.
  • Proactively follow up with users after incidents to turn detractors into ambassadors.
  • Represent the voice of the user internally to improve product offerings.
  • Help build and refine high-quality processes and organizational structures.

Requirements

  • At least one year of experience in B2C customer engagement or customer care.
  • Native-level written and spoken French.
  • Strong written and spoken English and Spanish.
  • Empathetic, positive, and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Organized, detail-driven, and reliable.
  • Comfortable handling phone calls to resolve situations.
  • Passion for reporting and data.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Zendesk or similar customer support tools.
