Responsibilities
- Interact daily with users in France and support international markets including the UK, Spain, Switzerland, Netherlands, and Belgium.
- Respond to all user requests to help them prepare their Staycation experiences.
- Collaborate with partner hotels and internal sales teams to deliver exceptional service.
- Proactively follow up with users after incidents to turn detractors into ambassadors.
- Represent the voice of the user internally to improve product offerings.
- Help build and refine high-quality processes and organizational structures.
Requirements
- At least one year of experience in B2C customer engagement or customer care.
- Native-level written and spoken French.
- Strong written and spoken English and Spanish.
- Empathetic, positive, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Organized, detail-driven, and reliable.
- Comfortable handling phone calls to resolve situations.
- Passion for reporting and data.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Zendesk or similar customer support tools.
