About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding quotations, sales orders, and post-order inquiries
- Prepare and process quotations and sales orders with high speed and accuracy
- Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and case management systems
- Own customer quality issues, order investigations, RMA/credit requests, and documentation requests
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure correct application of policies, terms, and promotions
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree OR minimum 6 years of customer service experience
- Proven experience in a fast-paced, operations-driven customer service environment
- Fluency in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong troubleshooting, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to work US Pacific business hours (9:30 PM – 5:30 AM IST)
