About the role

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding quotations, sales orders, and post-order inquiries
  • Prepare and process quotations and sales orders with high speed and accuracy
  • Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and case management systems
  • Own customer quality issues, order investigations, RMA/credit requests, and documentation requests
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure correct application of policies, terms, and promotions
  • Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree OR minimum 6 years of customer service experience
  • Proven experience in a fast-paced, operations-driven customer service environment
  • Fluency in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong troubleshooting, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Ability to work US Pacific business hours (9:30 PM – 5:30 AM IST)
