Responsibilities
- Perform daily customer service-related tasks via phone, email, or other messaging systems
- Answer and log calls from customers, technicians, and management in internal systems
- Provide education and personalized customer service to answer questions
- Reschedule appointments for new and recurring pest control customers
- Perform daily and weekly PestRoutes system clean-ups or "scrubs"
- Escalate inquiries or issues to management
- Route sales and cancellation requests to correct departments
Requirements
- One year of customer service experience or equivalent
- Commitment to honest and exceptional customer service
- Willingness to work Monday - Friday, alternating Saturdays and some holidays
Preferred Qualifications
- Inbound call center experience
- 1+ years of Field Routes Pest Management Systems experience
- 6+ months of experience communicating via phone, email, and/or SMS
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Sheets
